Patricia Chapman

Patricia has worked in education since 2003 working as a teaching assistant, learning support assistant, midday supervisor, Higher Level Teaching Assistant and qualified athletics and sports coach.

In 2013 Patricia completed her teacher training and moved through middle and senior leadership. She is a Level 3 forest schools’ practitioner and has researched the benefits of outdoor learning and its impact on pupils’ self-esteem and confidence.

More recently Patricia has worked with TLEE colleagues in Celebrating Catholicity across the SRS Trust schools and is a CSI for the Nottingham Diocese.
