Martin O’Dowd
Martin was born in Nottingham and educated at the Becket School, going on to study Maths at Leeds University.
He spent 30 years at Rolls-Royce, working in factory management, supply chain and senior business transformation roles. He has spent the last 10 years in semi-retirement, as an interim consultant working across automotive, financial services, IT and manufacturing, helping to transform these businesses.
He has been married for nearly 40 years to Julie. They live in Castle Donington and have a son and daughter.
