Lisa has significant experience in education, including four years as a Deputy CEO and 14 months as the Interim CEO and Accounting Officer of EMET, a local education trust with 14 primary schools, 9 secondary schools and 1 secondary alternative provision school. Lisa has experience both in executive governance and in inspection of both primary and secondary phases, including EYFS and Sixth Form. Prior to her trust roles, Lisa has been a Headteacher and an Executive Headteacher with a proven track record in school improvement.
