Kevin Gritton
Kevin was a teacher for 26 years, with 24 of these in some form of leadership role. He spent his early career in Wiltshire and then in Cornwall and in 2010 he took up the post of Deputy Headteacher at Saint Benedict CVA, one of the largest secondary schools in Derby, before being appointed Headteacher. He worked with his team at Saint Benedict to lead them from Special Measures to Good and was Headteacher there for eight years.
He also worked as an Executive Headteacher and a Trust Leader of Excellence in Education (TLEE). In his role as a TLEE, Kevin supported schools in a range of areas, from action planning and accountability to leadership structures, restructuring and budget management.
