Joe Redmond
Joe comes to our Trust with a passion for technology and customer service, and over 15 years of experience supporting IT in education establishments, 5 of those years as a senior manager.
He began his IT career as a technician at a secondary school in Mansfield and has worked his way up through the education sector in various schools and roles in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire and comes to us as Trust ICT Manager.
He already has some history with St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust as he was a student at both St Elizabeth’s in Belper and Saint Benedict CVA in Derby. He also spent 5 years at Saint Benedict as a Senior IT Technician.
He is ITIL certified and has a history of running successful ITSM teams in multiple schools.
