Headteachers from across the Trust gathered at the Diocesan Centre in Derby for a day of prayer, reflection and strategic collaboration.
The day began with Mass celebrated by Father Andrew Cole before leaders came together with CEO Lisa Walton and members of the Executive Leadership Team, to help shape the future strategic direction of the Trust.
During the day, Mrs Walton was presented with a beautiful religious icon by Father Andrew, which he had brought back from the Lourdes pilgrimage. The icon depicts Mary, Our Mother, holding the infant Jesus and surrounded by the Archangels. In the bottom corner is the Guardian Angel, a powerful reminder that we are never alone and are always held in God’s loving care and protection.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a wonderful occasion. We are especially grateful to Father Andrew for celebrating Mass and for his thoughtful and meaningful gift, which will serve as a lasting reminder of faith, hope and our shared mission.
